Order Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

• If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return under our Return Policy.

2. Preorder Cancellations

• Preorders may be canceled up until 7 days before the official release date for a full refund.

• Preorders canceled within 7 days of release will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover administrative and restocking costs.

• If a preorder item is delayed or canceled by the manufacturer, customers will have the option to keep their order or receive a full refund.

3. Refund Processing

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Some payment providers may take additional time to process refunds.

4. Non-Cancelable Orders

• Orders containing limited-edition, custom, or final-sale items cannot be canceled.

• Orders placed using store credit or promotional discounts may not be eligible for full refunds.
