3. Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order items will ship once they are officially released and received in our warehouse.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be held until all items are available. If you would like in-stock items to ship separately, please place separate orders.

4. Rip & Ship Hold Option

Customers who select 'Hold at Tournament Capital' for their Rip & Ship orders can have their purchases held at Tournament Capital Gaming until their next paid shipping order.

This allows customers to combine multiple purchases into a single shipment and save on shipping costs.

Orders held under this option will remain secure until the customer places a new order with paid shipping.
5. Tracking & Lost Packages

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
