2. Return Process

• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

3. Refunds & Store Credit

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In cases where a refund is not possible, store credit will be offered.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at tournamentcapitalgaming@gmail.comwithin 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

• We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
