1. Sealed Products

All sealed products are shipped unopened and in their original factory packaging.
While we take every precaution to package products securely, minor imperfections such as small nicks, scratches, or dents on the plastic wrap or outer box may occur during handling or shipping.
We guarantee that all sealed products are authentic and untampered.
If a product arrives with significant damage that affects its integrity, please contact us at tournamentcapitalgaming@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

2. Opened Products

Opened or unsealed products will be accurately listed and described on our website.
Items such as trading cards will be described based on their condition (e.g., pack fresh, lightly played, heavily played, etc.).
Any grading descriptions provided are based on our assessment and do not guarantee a specific grade from a third-party grading company unless explicitly stated as pre-graded.
We make every effort to ensure opened products are handled with care and shipped in the best possible condition.
